All orders are shipped within 48 business hours or you’ll receive a 5% discount off your order. That’s right your order ships within 48 business hours or you receive a 5% discount. Customer service is priority number one at Effortless Plants and we know fast shipping is important to you, so we guarantee it!
Rules:
- This is a 48 business hour guarantee. Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday our guarantee is to have your order shipped by close of business on Tuesday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours)
- This guarantee does not apply to backorders or items that are out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will notify you via email within 48 hours.
- This guarantee does not apply to products that specifically declare shipping times that do not fall in line with our guarantee.

Returns

day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason
you may return your purchase for a full refund.
Directions for General Returns
Use our contact form to send us an email to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories must be included. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
Please package your item back into its original packaging. Include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number. Your account will be credited with a full refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
