Colors:
Your order will consist of 12 beautiful Phalaenopsis Orchid plants, and will arrive live and fresh. The colors of this orchid species vary from season to season - pictured are just a few examples of the different colors (there are literally 100's). The exact color you will receive is dependent upon what is available at the time of your order. Our professional growers will choose the very best plants for you (rest assured - they are all stunning.)
These plants can be cluster potted as an arrangement, or can be placed individually throughout your home (remember - you're getting 12 individual plants with your order, which gives you plenty of display options). In addition, these plants are suitable for the orchid novice, as well as the experienced orchid enthusiast.
Heights & Bud Count:
Your Phalaenopsis Orchids will be between 16 in and 36 in tall. Each orchid plant will contain a minimum of 5 or more buds per plant.
Flower Stage on Arrival:
We wish for you to enjoy a maximum bloom on your new orchids. In order to accomplish this, we ship your plants in what's known as the "bud stage". This means that the orchid flowers will generally be in bud form upon arrival, with little to no color showing (however, it is possible that one or two flowers may be opened). Depending on the lighting and temperature in your environment, the flowers will open anywhere from few days to a few weeks after receiving. Shipping this way also minimizes damage to the blooms.
Pots:
These plants come directly from an accomplished Hawaiian Orchid Grower. Your orchids will arrive in plastic (non-decorative) four inch grow pots (you will get 12 plants, meaning 12 pots). You may wish to transplant them into different pots as these are considered six inch pot Orchids. We merely ship them in 4 inch pots because they fit nicely in them, and it saves money on shipping. For display within the home, we suggest placing the orchids in a decorative vase for support.
Weather Considerations when Ordering:
Our packing techniques ensure that your orchids are extremely well-protected during transit. You can expect your orchids to arrive in perfect condition, as each plant is carefully wrapped. So you can order with confidence in regards to packaging and care.
However; please remember that these orchids are live plants - thus, they are sensitive to their surrounding environment, and will be affected by extreme temperatures. Your plants will arrive on vehicles traveling in the same temperature that you are currently experiencing in your location. Knowing this, we recommend the following:
A. Do not order if the temperature is predicted to be 45 degrees F or below in the near future.
B. Do not order if the temperature is predicted to be over 95 degrees F in the near future.
C. Follow the tracking information on your order. Try to be home when the package is expected to arrive.
D. Remove the plants from their packaging as soon as possible.

Shipping Times:
Orders are shipped via FedEx 2 day. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. This way, there are no weekend layovers.
Please note your shipment will depart either the week of your order, or the week after, depending on availability and demand.
